Al-Jawf

About

Cultural foundation in Al-Jawf with a heritage museum, library, and exhibition spaces presenting the history of the Al-Jouf region and the cultural work of the Sudairy family foundation.

The Abdul Rahman Al-Sudairy Cultural Foundation is one of the longest established private cultural institutions in northern Saudi Arabia, based in Al-Jawf. Its campus combines a public library, an exhibition and conference programme, and a heritage museum that presents the archaeology, history, and traditional life of the Al-Jouf region, including the long-inhabited oases of Sakaka and Dumat al-Jandal. Displays cover excavated material, ethnographic items, costumes, and documents connected to local families and the wider work of the foundation.
